It's hard to believe that this is a story that happens on the same earth, whether it is a natural disaster or a man-made disaster, it is always the child who bears the brunt.
Since the 80s, she has visited many countries around the world to observe the lives of children there, including war, famine, child soldiers, prostitution, genital circumcision, AIDS and other unbearable problems, and has been a UNICEF ambassador since 1998.
This book is a summary of her experience in visiting various places for decades, recording the stories of children who are strong and humane in the midst of tragedy, and the impact and insights brought to her by these observations.
