Trams are one of Hong Kong's most iconic features, and whenever you get on the tram, you will see the scenery of Hong Kong Island along the way. The author of this book is a tram enthusiast and collector, who has meticulously combed through and excavated more than 100 years of tram history, and in addition to the written record, the book is accompanied by more than 500 precious pictures. Reading this book is similar to visiting a tram museum, the first part witnesses the foundation of the development of the tram, and the second part systematically sorts out important development details such as tram tickets, tram stops, tram styles, etc.
The two authors of this book, Joseph and John Prentice, co-authored a book on Hong Kong Tramways in 2017.
